Harlequeen is still the ancestor of many of the CBD lines in North America and Europe. Harlequeen’s origin is a clone selected to produce hashish. The genes are 75% sativa and 25% indica, her lineage includes a Colombian Gold from the early 1970s, a Thai from the mountains near Laos, and a native Swiss breed that was raised for livestock consumption. At World of Seeds, we set out to reduce the levels of this strain to percentages below 1%, and maximize CBD production levels.
For this, we use a male CBD Kush with a very low content. As a result of this crossing and its subsequent inbreeding until the F5 generation, we obtained a homozygous and vigorous variety, with uniform and standardized offspring. Harlequeen is a non-psychoactive cannabis strain that has a high CBD content.
